Originally, I started this blog with the intention of it being a fitness blog for moms. But as many moms know, our lives are so much more than fitness. We have to balance our fitness with work, children, school, cooking, cleaning, and so many other things. You will find that I share my life experiences as well as posts that I feel are helpful to other moms.

I love learning about all things health and fitness. But I love spending time with my family more. If you have questions, please reach out and I will answer them. It might just take me a few days!

Who I am

My name is Shanea and I am the founder of My Prholific Life!! I am the mom of 2 amazing little boys! Currently, I am living in Texas, just outside of Dallas, but we have lived all over!

Why I can help you!

I started my blog and coaching services to help people just like you. My obsession with fitness and health started as a young girl and it has grown to what it is today over time.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Biology/Pre-Med and originally wanted to become a doctor. But between getting married, moving, and working full time while in school that just didn't happen, but I now have my Master's in Nutrition and Human Development and my Master's in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. My desire to work in the medical field and help others has now morphed into not only wanting to help people but also helping prevent them from getting sick in the first place.

I believe now that if we can help change people’s nutrition and exercise habits, we can drastically reduce their risk of certain diseases and change their lives. In order to do this, I have started making changes in my own life. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and believe that exercise is just as important as nutrition. My goal is to develop workout plans and nutrition programs for people of all ages and all demographics. This is just the beginning!
