Terms and Conditions for Prholific Fitness and Nutrition Coaching

Welcome to Prholific Fitness & Nutrition. By accessing or using our fitness and nutrition coaching services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Prholific Fitness & Nutrition provides fitness and nutrition coaching services, including but not limited to personalized workout plans, nutrition advice, and online coaching sessions (collectively, "Services").

As a user, you agree to:- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your health conditions as requested by the coach.- Follow the safety instructions and advice given by your coach.- Inform your coach immediately of any pain, discomfort, or health concerns that may occur while following any of the prescribed plans.

Our Services do not include the provision of medical advice. Before starting any fitness or nutrition plan, you should seek medical advice from your physician. Prholific Fitness & Nutrition is not liable for any injuries or health problems that may result from your use of our Services.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided by Prholific Fitness & Nutrition, including workout plans, nutrition advice, and content on the website, are the intellectual property of Prholific Fitness & Nutrition and are for your personal use only.

  1. Payment

Fees for our Services are due as agreed upon in the service contract. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

  1. Cancellation Policy

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time; however, a 30-day notice is required for cancellation. Please note that Prholific Fitness & Nutrition does not issue refunds for any services already rendered up to the point of cancellation. Your subscription will remain active and accessible until the end of the 30-day notice period.
