Workout of the Week 09/01/18
It is finally September and that means it is almost Fall!! I hope you enjoy this Workout of the Week. As it starts to get cooler out I would like feedback from you all if I should be doing more workouts that can be done indoors or if you are OK with doing them outside. I want to design workouts that you will actually do but if you won't go outside when its cold I need to make them for indoors.

This week's workout I designed 2 years ago when I was working as a personal trainer here at a local gym. I created it for one of my clients who enjoyed a quick workout that made her feel like she had worked out really hard.
Each Workout of the Week should be able to be done in less than 30 minutes beacause I designed them to be that way. I want you to be able to feel the burn but not take up all of your time. If it is taking more time than that then you need to scale. I realize that most of you are parents and working. You have lives outside of your fitness needs, but health and fitness are important part of our lives. Balance is important.
Today's workout has been altered slightly for at home use since this was originally designed to be done inside a gym with all the equipment that comes with it. I design all of the Workout of the Weeks to be done at home with minimal equipment because I know not all of you have access to a full gym for workouts.

Workout of the Week
3 Rounds for Time
- 10 Single-leg Deadlifts Per leg
- 10 Goblet squats
- 10 Mountain climbers
- 10 Sit-ups
- 10 Reverse Lunges Per leg
- 10 KB Swings
- 10 SuperMans
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Step-ups
- 10 V-UPs
Scaling options: lighter weight or just body weight.
As always be sure to be safe first. Don't do anything that hurts or exercises that aren't right for an injury.
