Workout of the Week 09/22/18
I am a day late on this weeks Workout of the week post. I was off traveling this weekend. So I designed this Workout of the Week to be done for all you travelers. Should keep your heart pumping and muscles tired.No equipment will be needed for this as it is for travelers and no two travelers are alike. It is supposed to be designed for anyone.I drove for this trip and even did a drop in at the local CrossFit box. And my traveling included my jump rope and grips.I really did enjoy dropping in at CrossFit Uncommon. Because I came to my hometown I even knew someone in the class before.Even though I'm still working on strengthening my back they were very accommodating. I even learned a new trick when dead lifting to help me engage my glutes more. It helps relieve some of the strain I put on my back.But enough about that and back to this workout. This should really make you feel it. Go hard but don't burnout too quickly.
Workout of the Week
For Time
21-18-15-12-9-6-3
- Burpees
- Squats
- Sit-ups
Obviously this can be done with weights if they are available. But it can easily be done with body weight and in any space that you have available while traveling. I was fortunate enough to be able to go to the gym while I was traveling.I realize that not everyone will have access to this all the time. While I was only gone three days and two of those days I was driving about 8 hrs. That didn't leave me with a lot of time to workout. This is a prefect workout for that.For me it also helped stretch out my sore muscles from sitting for so long. I hope this helps some of you!
