Weight Loss Solutions with AdvoCare
AdvoCare just launched their new Slim & Trim weight loss program for the new year! The new program comes with several new weight loss solutions to get your New Year started off right.

So last year I did AdvoCare's 24 Day Jumpstart program and I shared with you my results. With the New Year right around the corner I am excited to share with you what AdvoCare is doing this year!
I will share with you the what the program entails and what is needed to complete it. Plus give some pointers and suggestions. Be prepared that I will be starting this soon and will share with you my results as well. While I don't need to lose a lot of weight, I did put on a few pounds over the holidays that I can afford to lose.
Slim & Trim 28
AdvoCare's Slim & Trim has two options available and the first and most recommended is the 28 day program. Slim & Trim 28 uses four key products to achieve the results that you are looking for. Currently you can also get a free Ice Shaker bottle with purchase.
The four products are: MNS, AdvoCare Slim, Meal Replacement Shake and BioCharge. The MNS comes in three different varieties to chose from and I have a break down of the differences here. AdvoCare Slim comes in four flavors: Peach Mango, Lemonade, Mixed Berry and Apple Pear. Biocharge comes in a Peach and Mixed Berry flavor. (This is a combination not a choice of either or).
The Meal Replacement shakes have a little more options available including AdvoGreen Meal Replacement shake options that are plant based. The Meal Replacement Shake options are: Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Vanilla, Berry and Chocolate Mocha. The AdvoGreen Meal Replacement shake options are: Salted Caramel and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

Slim & Trim 14
Slim & Trim 14 is a shorter version of the 28 day one for those who either don't want to make the full commitment or don't need to lose as much weight. The 14 day version only has three products that you need and comes with a Free Lifestyle Guide.
Similar to the Slim & Trim 28, the 14 day program uses MNS, AdvoCare Slim and BioCharge. Again you will have options wit the MNS and the AdvoCare Slim.
With both options you will get the Lifestyle Guide to follow on how to take the products and some guidelines for nutrition. The idea is to not only use supplements but to change the way you eat and exercise to be healthier.
