How the 28 Day Kickstart Fitness Program can help you

Want to start working out but not exactly sure where to start? Don't know what fitness program would be the best option for you? Guess what?? You are not alone.

By no means do I feel like there are workout programs that are perfect for everyone, but everyone has to start somewhere. And the 28 Day Kickstart fitness program is one of those programs.

This workout plan is designed for those who are looking to lose weight, build muscle or just improve overall fitness levels.

What is the 28 Day Kickstart Program

This is a 28 Day Kick Start Program designed for those ready to start or restart their workout routine either at home or at the gym.

This is a great starter program for those who want to lose weight and those new to weightlifting. This workout will aide in weight loss as well as overall body composition if followed with a healthy diet.

Why a Fitness Program?

This 28 Day KickStart Fitness program was created because I felt as a busy working mom, I had very limited availability to make it to the gym on a regular basis. I wanted something that I can do from my house and still get a similar workout that I was getting in my local CrossFit box.

In September 2018 I took the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer course and decided to use that knowledge to share with other people that were like me. If you are new to my blog make sure to check out my Workout of the Week page, because I post a FREE workout every weekend. That was where this started.

The only equipment needed for this program is a jump rope and a set weights of some sort. I suggest both a kettlebell and a pair of dumbbells but theses can be used interchangeably. If you don’t have access to either of these then grab something heavy and start working!

28 Day Kick-Start Program

What do you Need

This workout program does require a few pieces of equipment:

Speed Rope
Kettlebell
Set of Dumbbells
Plyobox (or bench)

Often times the Dumbbells and Kettlebell can be used interchangeably if you don't have both available. I use 20lb DBS and 25lb KB.

What you get

With the 28 Day Kick-Start Fitness Program you will get access to an App for both Android and iPhones. This will contain a few things you will need to complete the program.

First, it will have an overview of how the program works. There will also be a recommended equipment list. Always ask your medical professional before starting a new workout or nutrition program.

After that, it will start the 28 Days of workouts, including rest days. Each workout will have directions on how to track it as well as video examples for each movement.

You will also have access to message me directly if you have any questions!

You also have access to a Facebook Group for support!!

If at any time a movement is too difficult, or you aren't able to do it due to an injury please message me and I will be happy to supply you with an alternative.
